I take vitamin supplements. If I take acai capsules as well, will it mess me up?

It won't 'mess you up', no.

Acai is a fruit, not a drug. It contains vitamins of its own; it also contains amino acids and antioxidants. They all complement each other.

As long as you look for an acai supplement that is 100% pure then you will have no problems at all.

I have been using acai with vitamin C supplments for a few months now.

I havevn't had any problems.

Acai does a lot of things but it can't replace all the vitamins that you need. I don't see any reason why you wouldn't take your normal vitamins at the same time as some acai juice or supplments.

I would say the Acai is a great way to get your antioxidants, but will not replace all your other supplements. I still take a good organic multi-vitamin that I love, some cal-mag, vit E and selenium, and lots of ginger to stop inflammation.

I take a herbal supplement to enhance brain function and memory, and some fish oil or 3-6-9 as well.
