I take acai berry supreme to help with a number of problems that I have. Is it safe to take more than the 2 capsules per day that it recommends? I took two after each meal I had today. Is this safe?

What do you take? Is there a general safe limit.

I usually take 2 capsules after each meal and 2 ounces from Amazon Thunder Puree a day. Thats enough from me because if i exceed that I tend to get diarrhea. Remember that Acai is a berry which means its a fruit and if you eat too much fruit in a day it acts as a laxative

First thing I would say is that you should be careful of acai berry supreme... it seems the people that sell it don't care too much about their customers: see this page about the acai berry supreme scam.

As a general rule, I've talked to people who take anything from two capsules upwards. Like SasiG says, it is just a fruit so it can't really make you ill but it can be an effective laxative.
