 Age Limits For Capsules
I really want to help my family get fit and healthy and all I've read about acai suggests that this is the best way.
I'm just wondering if there are there any age limits for taking capsules? Should I be giving them to my children? Are there any potential side effects if I give acai supplements to kids?

 Re: Age Limits For Capsules
Acai is really just a fruit. Some of the capsules and juices I've seen for sale are actually 100% pure acai.

Make sure you trust the company that you are buying from before you give them to your kids!
Other than that pure acai should be as safe for your kids as it is for adults.

 Re: Age Limits For Capsules
I found that juices are easier to convince kids to take than pills and supplements. Some of the blended acai juices are tasty, but I don't think they are as nutritionally good for you as are the 100% products. Might be worth a go, though.
