I don't really understand the question...., but here's something to think about anyway!
Fruits contain carbohydrates and a small amount of protein, but very little, if any, fat. It depends on what you want to get from the fruit as to whether you will get all you need from acai.
- If you want calories, then you won't get them all from acai. Your body needs calories to be able to work.
- If you want antioxidants, then you might get a few days' worth from acai
- If you want carbs, then you probably won't be able to get all you need from acai, either.
Remember, though that other foods do contribute to all these factors, and it is not just fruit that can give you these things. Trying to swap out fruit from your diet in favour of acai is probably not, in any case, a good thing. Why not just eat them both together?
