As mentioned in a previous thread, I am considering buying some acai supplements. I've read good things about them. I need to work out whether they are going to fit in with my lifestyle; basically I want to know as much about them as I can before I buy.

Should I take the acai supplements with a meal? Just before or just after? Or should I take on an empty stomach.

I find that taking the supplements before a meal really helps. It gives me a lot more energy and I feel less bloated afterwards.

No idea why, but it works for me!

I take my pills at 10am and 2pm.

I also have a couple ounces of acai juice in the morning. It helps to wake me up. And I need a lot of help to wake up.
