 Why I like capsules Because they're small and easy. I'm all about convenience.

Re: Why I like capsules Freeze dried acai in capsules is pretty good. You can feel the good its doing.
For me though I prefer to drink something. If I can feel it going down it feels more like t's doing me some good.
Actually, I've started using both. It's more difficult to start gulping down juices at work before being asked loads of questions, so I just pop a couple of capsules in. Strange that no one bats an eyelid when I take capsules!
