I'm a new mom with a beautful baby boy.

I'm trying to get back into some kind of shape after 9 months of bad diet and not much exercise. I've read a lot of great things about acai -- some not so great, but I think that's due to some of the companies involved, rather than any particular problem with acai itself -- and I want to try it out.

What I want to know is whether I'm going to harm my baby while breastfeeding?
