 How Many Pills Should I Take Per Day? Okay, so I'm thinking about purchasing some acai supplements, but I have a few questions. Firstly, how many pills should I take each day?

Re: How Many Pills Should I Take Per Day? I usually take two capsules a day, one at 10am and one at 2pm. These go with the couple of ounces of Amazon Thunder juice that I take first thing in the morning before my light breakfast.

Don't go overboard, but just see if you feel any better taking one, two or three.
I stuck with two.
