I want to take acai to help my wieght loss, but I don't want to have to take it for the rest of my life.

Will the weight come back as soon as I stop taking acai?

Acai contains nutrition and antioxidants that help your metabolism break down food more efficiently. It also suppresses hunger. You will also get more energy which will help you to burn more fat off when you exercise.

What acai will not do is make you thinner: think of it as a toolbox which you will use to make weight loss easier. You still have to exercise and eat healthily if you want to stay fit. As long as you do this then the weight will not come back once it has gone. BUT! if you're happy with your acai use then why stop anyway?
